I have completed some more ACEO paintings of cats. These are the tiny 2 and a half by 3 and a half inch paintings that people seem to love collecting.
This is a painting of my beautiful silver tabby Maine Coon called Pepper. I think I have caught his likeness in this one, perhaps more than previous ones I have done of him.
This one has sold. but will be available as a print, and probably a greetings card soon.
Here is a tabby cat. It is mainly based on Brandy, but does not look enough like her to call this a portrait of her. So just a Maine coon tabby, I guess.
This one has also sold. It will also be available as a print, and probably a greetings card soon.
Here it is my long awaited painting of Cocoa. I thought painting a black and white ( tuxedo) cat would be difficult, so kind of put it off for ages. I actually really enjoyed doing this....so there will be more!! I am quite pleased with the likeness to Cocoa.
And finally a Maine Coon kitten!! I don't own this one, although almost did. we were looking for male kittens and were told this one was male, so agreed to buy "him". However, the breeder took " him" to the vets for a final check only to discover he was actually a she! It turned out ok though, because we went on to buy two male kittens, Cocoa and Pepper ( brothers ) instead.
This painting is based on some photos I took when we went to see the kitten.
All of these will also be available as prints when I have sold the originals. I shall also enlarge some of them to greetings card size too.
