I recently added this painting to my website Mini Gallery.
It is called Storm Tide, so seemed appropriate after the awful weather we have had recently!
I started this painting ages ago, but never got around to finishing it.
It is a mixed media piece. I drew the image with a black fine liner pen. I then added some Chromacolour paint, for the main areas of colour.
I experimented with other mediums on this. There are areas of crackle glaze, some overlaid pencil crayon, and even some tippex pen!!
Have a look at the close ups, and you will see what I mean!
